We try our best to ensure a time and cost-effective delivery, of course, this is dependent on the courier service, and it’s out of our hands until it reaches you. All our products include FREE delivery via the PostNet-PostNet service. Your package will be delivered to your nearest outlet for collection. If you would like door-door service, please inquire. Any incorrect information will delay the arrival of your order and cost.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery to your nearest PostNet usually takes 2-4 days. We will supply a tracking number once dispatched and they’ll notify you once it’s ready for collection.
Duties and Taxes:
No, you will not be charged any extra duties or taxes.
If the product does not meet your satisfaction due to a factory fault, does not fit, or for any other reasonable reason for a refund, we will accept a return and refund you in full. The customer will be responsible to pay for ALL the shipping (initial and return) to return the product or arrange a drop-off at our premises in Durbanville. We will only issue a refund once we receive the product.
If you have any questions relating to the sizing or fit, please don’t hesitate to contact us; as if the item does not fit, the customer will be responsible for ALL the shipping costs (initial and return) to return the product to us, or to exchange it, and we will only issue a refund once we receive the product. We also accept payments via SnapScan and Zapper.
Our store currency is ZAR, which means all payments are processed in that currency.
